Did you miss a collective compensation scheme?

If timely registration was required and you did not participate, your individual options may not be exhausted. Shureluck investigates whether a realistic route to compensation remains.

When can this be relevant?

The service may be relevant to investment insurance, variable-interest consumer credit and other financial products for which collective compensation arrangements were previously made. An individual assessment cannot guarantee compensation, but it can clarify your position and available options.

What do we assess?

We examine the product, relevant dates, earlier settlements, correspondence, possible limitation issues and evidence of individual loss. Where possible, we calculate or substantiate the loss and submit the complaint to the bank, insurer or investment manager.

If direct consultation fails

Where appropriate, the complaint can be continued before Kifid or another competent forum. Before recommending that step, Shureluck discusses expected benefit, costs, evidential issues and procedural risks.

Not joining an earlier scheme does not automatically create or preserve a claim. Every case requires its own legal and factual assessment.
