Investment insurance

Was the promised return actually credited?

High costs, opaque deductions and disappointing returns have affected many Dutch investment-linked insurance policies. Earlier collective arrangements do not automatically answer whether your individual claim has been fully resolved.

What requires investigation?

The policy, quotation, annual statements and settlement history must be compared. Relevant questions include which costs were agreed, whether all legally due returns were credited to policyholders and whether the insurer supplied clear and timely information.

Missed a collective settlement?

If timely registration was required and you did not participate, individual options may not necessarily be exhausted. The availability of a route depends on the product, previous settlements, limitation periods, evidence and your personal circumstances.

Preparation of collective proceedings

Shureluck is preparing a collective matter concerning investment insurance. Detailed legal merits are not published at this stage, so that the intended respondents and competing parties are not unnecessarily informed. Potential participants can register their interest and provide relevant documents.

Registration is not an assurance of admissibility or compensation. Each file requires legal and factual assessment.
