Collective matter

ABN AMRO current-account credit

Rente Herstel focuses on Dutch SME borrowers whose variable interest on current-account credit may not have followed market movements fairly after the financial crisis.

What is the issue?

When market interest rates fell sharply after the financial crisis, ABN AMRO did not reduce the variable credit rate to the same extent. For many entrepreneurs, even a modest difference applied over years can represent a substantial amount.

Collective organisation

The matter requires reconstruction of agreements, rate changes, market references and payments for a large group of borrowers. Shureluck works with specialist law firms, professional claims organisations and litigation funders where appropriate, combining individual evidence with a collective strategy.

Rente Herstel

The dedicated Dutch-language website explains the action, eligibility considerations and registration process. Visit Renteherstel.nl. Registration allows an initial assessment; it does not by itself guarantee admissibility or recovery.

Please retain the credit agreement, rate notices, annual statements, account statements and correspondence with the bank.

Why register?

Collective evidence can reveal patterns that are difficult to establish from a single file. Early registration also helps determine the size of the affected group and the quality of the available documentation.
